(1) Regardless of what is written in the current law regarding the conditions of service of teachers and employees, after the commencement of this Act, the government of Nepal, provincial government and local level and organizations owned or controlled by the government of Nepal or organizations that regularly receive subsidies from the government of Nepal shall be liable to the government of Nepal. And no employees, teachers and officials are allowed to be appointed to receive pension.
(2) Contributory pension system can be implemented by making a law in the case of employees, teachers and officials as per sub-section (1).
(3) When enacting a law in accordance with sub-section (2), arrangements may be made to implement the contributory pension system through the fund in accordance with this Act.
